Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la recherche dans ce domaine s&rsquo;est intensifi\u00e9e et plusieurs laboratoires de g\u00e9n\u00e9tique \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des plateformes d&rsquo;analyse des anomalies chromosomiques (PGT-A) au stade du blastocyste \u00e0 partir de sources alternatives d&rsquo;ADN de leurs cellules. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une analyse g\u00e9n\u00e9tique r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;ADN libre contenu dans le mat\u00e9riel de culture o\u00f9 les embryons se d\u00e9veloppent dans le cadre d&rsquo;une f\u00e9condation in vitro.<\/p>\n<p>Cette proc\u00e9dure est appel\u00e9e PGT non invasif (niPGT) et devrait devenir une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dans un proche avenir. Cette proc\u00e9dure constitue une perspective passionnante, puisqu\u2019elle ne requerrait pas de biopsie f\u0153tale et faciliterait l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au contr\u00f4le des anomalies chromosomiques sur l\u2019embryon, \u00e0 tous les cycles de FIV.
