Si vous \u00eates pr\u00eate \u00e0 devenir maman mais que vous semblez avoir du mal \u00e0 tomber enceinte, il est peut-\u00eatre temps de demander l&rsquo;avis d&rsquo;un sp\u00e9cialiste de la fertilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;infertilit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas un probl\u00e8me exclusivement f\u00e9minin. Les hommes peuvent \u00e9galement avoir des probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;infertilit\u00e9. Dans ce cas, le couple devrait commencer \u00e0 se pencher sur cette infertilit\u00e9. Cette exploration doit d\u00e9buter apr\u00e8s au moins 12 mois d&rsquo;essais, sauf s&rsquo;il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 une raison m\u00e9dicale connue.<\/p>\n<p>Si un couple a un probl\u00e8me m\u00e9dical \u00e9vident qui affecte sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 concevoir, comme une absence de r\u00e8gles, un dysfonctionnement sexuel, des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de maladie pelvienne ou une intervention chirurgicale ant\u00e9rieure, il doit commencer imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 \u00e9valuer cette infertilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de noter ici que dans le cas des femmes de plus de 36 ans et du fait que les chances d&rsquo;une conception normale sont alors r\u00e9duites, l&rsquo;exploration des causes de l&rsquo;infertilit\u00e9 doit commencer avant 12 mois d\u2019essais. Dans ces cas, il est recommand\u00e9 de commencer \u00e0 demander un avis m\u00e9dical apr\u00e8s 6 \u00e0 8 mois de tentatives infructueuses.
