For couples trying to conceive, the modern lifestyle choices of men are mostly to blame for this drop in fertility rates.<\/p>\n<p>Inactive lifestyle has an impact on fertility, as men tend to eat less healthier compared to previous generations. Balanced and proper nutrition, regular exercise and self-care assist in keeping the body healthy in general, so they can also help in protecting your fertility.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, stress, fatigue and lack of adequate sleep can have a negative effect in the long run not just on sperm quality, but also on the couple\u2019s relationship and sexual behavior.
