It was a clinical study that was performed for the first time globally by the Institute of Life and Embryotools in our lab in Greece. Spindle transfer offers women with repeated IVF failures due to cytoplasmic defects of the oocytes or rare mitochondrial genetic diseases the chance to have healthy children.
